1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the scr2u platform — including its website, mobile interface, or any affiliated service — you ("the Member") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and scr2u ("the Company", "we", "our", "us").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of scr2u immediately and refrain from completing the registration process. Continued use of the platform constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of all Terms stated herein, including any subsequent amendments.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of your agreement with scr2u.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an account on scr2u, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. scr2u strictly enforces this age restriction in compliance with applicable gaming regulations. Underage gambling is illegal and prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before participating.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the scr2u platform or from any other online gaming platform operated or affiliated with the Company.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of scr2u or its affiliated companies, unless explicit written consent has been obtained.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active scr2u account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

3 Account Management

Once registered, you are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your scr2u account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such actions were performed by you personally or by a third party using your credentials.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly should any changes occur.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify scr2u if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting us at [email protected].

scr2u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, particularly where fraudulent activity, money laundering, abuse of promotions, or violation of these Terms is suspected or confirmed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on scr2u are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company accepts deposits via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, AmBank, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: Subject to the specific method selected, as displayed in the cashier section at time of transaction.
• Withdrawal processing: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements and the payment method selected.
• Payment ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the reversal of funds and possible account suspension.
• Currency conversion: Where a transaction is initiated in a currency other than MYR, the applicable exchange rate at time of processing will apply. scr2u is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or bank conversion fees.
• Transaction limits: scr2u may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits at its discretion. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

All withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. scr2u may request supporting documentation — including proof of identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership — before releasing any withdrawal. Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review prior to withdrawal approval.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

scr2u offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and returning members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited in MYR and are valid for the period specified in the promotion details. Unused bonus funds that expire will be forfeited without compensation.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion details.
• scr2u reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent claiming is suspected. This includes the use of automated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published separately and may be updated from time to time.

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion or loyalty programme at any time, with or without prior notice. Members who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of claiming.

6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

scr2u offers a comprehensive selection of gaming products including live baccarat, sports betting, horse racing, slots, and a full live casino suite. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Members must review their selections carefully before submitting any wager. scr2u will not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances of a verified technical error attributable to the Company.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network disruption, or power failure during active gameplay, scr2u will attempt to reconstruct the game state using server logs. The Company's determination of the outcome in such cases is final and binding.

• Collusion, match-fixing, the use of bots or automated betting software, and any other form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7 Responsible Gaming

scr2u enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned to the depositing payment method, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities where required by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content available on the scr2u platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, text, logos, video streams, audio, data compilations, user interface design, and trade dress — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the scr2u platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Unauthorised use of scr2u intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Malaysian and international law. The Company actively monitors for and pursues such violations.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, scr2u and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruption or cessation of service due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data by third parties.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or results attributable to third-party data providers.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Where liability cannot be entirely excluded by law, scr2u's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your scr2u account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Amendments & Termination

scr2u reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

The Company may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, any funds held in your account that are not subject to an ongoing investigation or forfeiture action will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which scr2u holds its international gaming licence. By using the platform, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms.

Where any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.
